These fabulous chess pieces are the imitation of the originals which were discovered in 1831 on the Isle of Lewis that is located off the west coast of Scotland. The original pieces are now safe and securely housed in the British Museum of London in Edinburg. There were many pieces discovered and this is the closest replica of the original set. The original set was featured in the movie Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. The king of this set measures 3.75 inches. |
